Gratitude for Community Support of The Bloom Social

10.22.2019

We are extremely grateful for the outpouring of community support at the recent Bloom Social. The event gathered 138 attendees, 80 donated silent auction/basket raffle items, 19 community volunteers, 16 sponsors and 15 local vendors who served sips and bites of beer, wine, specialty beverages and appetizers.

We are thrilled to report that together we raised $33,065. These funds will contribute about 10% of our annual budget and are mission critical to supporting Bloom360’s unique educational model that focuses on social/emotional learning with a project-based learning curriculum.

Guests at The Bloom Social enjoyed tasty treats and beverages while mingling through our renovated historic Stone School facility that has been a mainstay in East Troy since 1858.

We all enjoyed live entertainment with musician/singer, Fred Dreher. We also were treated to a tap dance performance by Bloom360 Learning Guide, Andrea Svoboda, and her two friends Stephanie and Mary, who dance together at Danceworks in Milwaukee.

Winners of the cash raffle:
Russell S. – $2,500 grand prize
Linus P. – $500 second prize
Eileen R. – $250 third prize
