Vista360 Supports Bloom360

Our society often asks kids, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” At management consulting firm Vista360, LLC, we helped develop a unique school that links Learners with our team of business consultants to give kids real-world experiences based on individual interests to help them answer that question, and so much more. The school opened in East Troy, Wisconsin for the 2017-2018 school year and our business team is co-located within a wing of the school building. This move from our previous location in the Third Ward is key to our team being present and available to support the school from an operations standpoint as well as to be onsite to participate in some meaningful projects and special moments with some amazing kids. Our school and business are more than neighbors. We share the number 360 for a reason: both look at the whole through a strengths-based lens, from multiple viewpoints. It’s a successful approach that has served Vista360 and our clients well for 16 years. And, it’s an approach we use with Learners to help them begin to trust who they are and to be open to learn new things.

We enjoy working directly with Bloom360 Learners to harness kids’ strengths and show them viable paths they can choose now and into adulthood. There’s a lot more to this story that we are excited to share as our plans move forward. We also welcome input and collaboration with other professionals who would like to join us in helping Learners grow and thrive.  As we are a Learning Community, we already have learned a thing or two from the kids as well.
