The Bloom360 Learning Community Team is well-rounded and experienced in all areas of business operations, special education and human development. Milwaukee based management consulting company, Vista360 LLC is underwriting and developing the school. The team of business management experts truly “walk the talk” and utilize a process oriented, strengths-based approach to business.
Vista360 and Bloom360 utilize an evidence based character strengths framework to help learners and employees realize and grow their strengths, while enhancing their abilities to recognize strengths in others. The team employs the character strengths approach in developing, launching and maintaining school operations. Importantly, the Vista360 team will support many initiatives with Bloom360 learners to help kids harness their strengths and build organizational and entrepreneurial skills that will serve them as learners today and into adulthood.
Laura RaumanPresident and Founder
Laura leads the development of Bloom360 Learning Community along with a very capable team of experts. She is helping to establish a strong root system for Bloom360 which will soon support our learners’ growth and contributions to our community.
Laura is an entrepreneur at heart and passionate about her work at Bloom360 and Vista360. She thrives in an environment that values authentic relationships and teamwork. Those values and experiencing first-hand her daughter’s need for a more nurturing learning environment are what have led her to develop Bloom360 with the support and involvement of the Vista360 team. Laura brings 25 years of business experience to Bloom360. As important, her perspective as a parent of two children brings the understanding and wisdom to the development and management of Bloom360.
Laura’s business experience includes working in the investment management industry. Her experience includes public accounting audit experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and leading the finance and operations functions for mid-size and large investment management firms. This experience led her to found Vista360, a management consulting firm based in Milwaukee, WI 15 years ago which has supported Bloom360’s development to date.
Laura has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She maintains her license as a CPA through the State of Wisconsin and is a member of the AICPA.
Laura’s personal interests include spending time outdoors walking the trails at Wehr Nature Center, vacationing with her family in Door County, playing at the beach and trying new restaurants with friends and family.

Cindy Gosh-Lee, MSWProject Manager
Cindy helps lead the development of Bloom360 Learning Community by creating our unique educational model while cultivating relationships with community partners and families.
Cindy has received training through the VIA Institute on Character in the areas of using character strengths at work, building effective teams and one-on-one strength based coaching. She is leading and guiding the implementation and continued development of the Character Strengths program for Bloom360 and our supporting partner, Vista360 LLC.
Cindy has more than 20 years of experience working and serving families, children and adult learners in a variety of educational and community settings. Cindy began her teaching career in the early intervention program, Head Start which was the catalyst to pursue becoming a social worker because of the opportunity it allowed to deepen relationships and empower children and families. As a social worker, Cindy has facilitated support groups for children and parents, provided short term strength based counseling and facilitated social/emotional programs within classrooms. Cindy also continued to teach part-time over the years in a variety of roles including college professor of General Studies (Sociology, Social Problems and Organizational Psychology), designer and facilitator of professional development courses for educators, substitute teacher, and middle school project-based STEM facilitator.
Cindy has a master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a bachelors’ degree in Early Childhood Education from Mount Mary University. Cindy is certified by Wisconsin DPI as an early childhood teacher and a school social worker.
Her interests include reading for pleasure and reading to learn new things, walking in nature, kayaking on warm sunny days, coffee dates with friends, empowering/inspiring others to be their best selves and spending time with her four energetic, kind hearted children and her supportive husband.

Erica Scheifflee - M.S. CCC-SLPLearning Guide - Speech/Language Pathologist and Developmental Coach
From the inception of Bloom360, Erica is a key member of the Bloom360 development team, bringing a decade and a half of clinical knowledge and experience as a developmental speech-language pathologist (SLP) and DIR/Floortime practitioner. Erica holds both state and national licensure and credentialing as an SLP and brings experience across pediatric healthcare, educational, private clinic, and community-based private practice settings. Combining best practice and experiential clinical knowledge she has gleaned, Erica is able to help create, define, and structure Bloom360’s core model, while at the same time, reflecting upon its effectiveness with the clients and families she currently serves in her thriving private practice.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and an elective minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire as well as a Master of Science degree in Clinical Speech-Language Pathology with an elective certificate in Disability Studies from Northern Arizona University. For over fourteen years Erica has worked exclusively with a neuro-diverse pediatric population and has diligently sought out additional education and training in special programs that would enhance service delivery to this unique population. Among her special trainings is a certificate as a provider of the DIR/Floortime Model. Erica applies this knowledge as she leads the Bloom360 training and implementation process for this part of the core model.
Erica is the proud mother to two vibrant toddlers and has been happily married since 2004 to a very patient and loving husband. Her joy is experiencing quality time with her family and taking due time to relish in life’s precious moments together. Erica satisfies her deep curiosity through exploring, reading to deepen her knowledge on a given topic, and having good ol’ fashion fun playing. Nature and life’s most subtle opportunities offer the best backdrop to appreciate all of life’s wonders!

Mandy ClapperLearning Guide - Educator
Mandy assists with the development of Bloom360 Learning Community and the creation of our unique educational model. She brings years of experience working "one-on-one" with children within the home and school environments with a vision undergirded by drive and determination to help children and youth reach their highest potential.
Mandy holds a degree from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Psychology specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Mandy is certified by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction of Special Education. She holds a strong passion for her education in mindfulness to in turn teach others how to be mindful and at peace in their daily lives.
Her interests include Aerial Yoga, agility obstacles with her dog, spending time with loved ones, rock climbing, traveling, hiking, reading, playing games and spending time outside.

Andrea Svoboda, OTR/LLearning Guide – Occupational Therapist
Andrea joined the Bloom360 Learning Community as an Occupational Therapist and helps learners grow in their independence, confidence in movement and sensory exploration within the context of their daily activities.
Andrea has 14 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. Her first role as an Occupational Therapist started in skilled nursing and she quickly realized within a few months that her skill set, energy and passion were more appropriate for working within the pediatric population. She has worked in a variety of settings including Fraser Child and Family Center, school based practice in the Chicago suburbs, Giant Steps School in Illinois, and in pediatric outpatient practice at Curative New Berlin Therapies. She also has consulted with Rogers Memorial Hospital for staff training on sensory processing, classroom design and sensory adaptations for the day treatment program. She has worked with children ages infancy through adulthood with a wide variety of neurological needs. Andrea also has experience working with Special Gifts Theatre in Illinois, a non-profit theatre program that puts on major musical productions on stage for children with diverse needs.
Andrea has a bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of
Wisconsin Madison and a Minor Certificate in Gerontology.
Her interests include music (any and all kinds), taking weekly dance classes, yoga, kayaking, hiking on nature trails, shopping, having tea with friends and spending time with her loving husband and two young, creative and inspiring daughters.

Nicci MillerLearning Guide – Educator
Nicci has more than 15 years of experience working with young children. She has always enjoyed and had a strong calling to work with children, from the times she would play school with her younger brothers and neighborhood friends to her babysitting days. As an early childhood teacher Nicci began working with preschool age children and over the years has grown her education, skills and knowledge to work with children with special needs. Working closely with the child, family and their child’s therapists/teachers, Nicci believes it is important to unite as a team. Nicci believes having a relationship with a child and family members helps one truly know them and their strengths and interests. Working from this perspective has helped Nicci to create the best approach to help each child learn and be successful.
Nicki brings to Bloom360 her knowledge, creativity and love of teaching to help all children succeed and grow a love of learning themselves. Nicci has successful experience implementing a strengths-based, interest-driven curriculum in a homeschool environment supporting a child with special needs. Nicci’s goal as an educator is to love and support each child for who they are as an individual and create a learning environment to support and nurture each child. Nicci is a Certified Early Childhood Teacher and has continuing education in Early Childhood Education through Lakeshore Technical College. She participates in ongoing training on Character Strengths and Mindfulness to incorporate those programs in the Bloom360 curriculum as well.
Her interests include reading and crafting (thanks Pinterest). She enjoys drinking tea while cuddling with her cats and spending time with family and friends.

We are fortunate to have a talented team of business professionals serving on the Bloom360 Development Committee who bring years of experience and a tremendous amount of compassion to everything they do.
Patrick supports Bloom360’s many operational initiatives including overall administration, IT and fundraising. He is the Operations Manager for Vista360, bringing 15 years of experience in providing staff support, customer assistance, IT and other operational support. Patrick loves to play golf and is an avid Chicago Cubs fan. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Stacey supports Bloom360’s development in a number of ways, and in particular, is responsible for the organization’s accounting efforts. She is a Consultant for Vista360, bringing 18 years of experience from the financial services industry, and is passionate about learning new things and volunteering her time to various local non-profits in her community. She has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cardinal Stritch University and an Associate’s degree in accounting from Waukesha Technical College. Stacey’s interests include spending time with friends and family, watching her husband race dirt bikes, exercising and playing with her dogs, reading and playing games.

Diana (Di) supports Bloom360 business development and fundraising efforts and helps drive all of our communications with the public. She is a Consultant for Vista360 with over 30 years of investment industry experience and supports Vista360’s business development team. Di is passionate about sharing the message of hope to families. She believes Bloom360 Learning Community will provide a school where children can thrive, grow and find their passions. Di enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Di and her sister love doing craft projects together and shopping at local flea markets for inspiration. She and her husband enjoy attending University of Wisconsin basketball games during the long cold winter and Brewers baseball games in the summer.

Dawn supports all of our communication efforts at Bloom360. She brings more than 25 years of significant experience and is passionate about generating awareness and building relationships for non-profits in healthcare and education. She has a journalism degree from Michigan State University. Her interests include kayaking the Fox River in her back yard, baking special treats to deliver to her neighbors and spending time outside with family and friends.

Amy supports Bloom360 by performing legal research related to non-profit and school requirements. She is a Research Associate for Vista360 and helps keep consultants and clients up to date on significant regulatory developments. Amy is passionate about creating experiences for kids that encourage creativity and self-expression. She has a degree in Anthropology from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University School of Law, Chicago. Amy’s interests include spending time with her family, knitting, sewing, baking and taking on home improvement projects.

Lela supports Bloom360’s efforts related to fundraising, accreditation and the creation of school policies and procedures that are aligned with legal and accreditation requirements. She is a Consultant for Vista360, bringing nine years of business experience to the school development, and has always had a profound and genuine interest in supporting and encouraging others, especially children, in pursuit of their goals. She has a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is also on the Board of ASCENT For Life, a non-profit fitness community project serving individuals with MS and mental health issues. Lela’s interests include watching football (Packers and Badgers), spending time outside, practicing yoga and spending time with her friends and family.

Steve supports Bloom360's marketing and fundraising efforts, utilizing his strengths of creativity, love of learning and teamwork. Steve is passionate about giving back to the community through active support of a number of local non-profits. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Lubar School of Business. Steve’s interests include playing soccer, golfing, taking his dogs to the beach, cooking, reading non-fiction, watching documentaries and spending time with family and friends.

Caroline is a member of Bloom360’s Board of Directors and is active in the development of the school by supporting efforts related to school governance, fundraising and the creation of school policies and procedures. She is a Lead Consultant for Vista360, bringing 16 years of experience from the financial services industry, and is passionate about creating an environment where all children are able to thrive. She has a degree in economics and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, hiking and relaxing in the north woods, reading and traveling.

Dan actively supports many aspects of Bloom360's development including overseeing IT initiatives, supporting operations and fundraising efforts, and leading Bloom360's social media campaigns. He is a Consultant with Vista360, bringing 10 years of experience from the financial services industry. Dan is passionate about learning new things and taking on big challenges. He has a degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College and is a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout. Dan enjoys spending time outdoors, playing and watching sports, including the 2016 World Series Champion Chicago Cubs, and spending time with family.
