College Fieldwork Site

Our goal to redefine special education to better meet the needs of neurodivergent learners includes a commitment to help build awareness and expand the skills of the next generation of educators and therapists.

Bloom360 Learning Community offers a robust and innovative fieldwork placement for college students from several well-respected and high-quality Wisconsin colleges and universities. Fieldwork students to date represent the fields of occupational therapy,  psychology, music therapy and social work.

Current fieldwork programs are with Alverno College, Bryant & Stratton College, Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), Mount Mary University and University of Wisconsin – Madison (ranked 17th best occupational therapy program in U.S. News & World Report).

These colleges and universities are drawn to Bloom360 because we are an innovative, nontraditional setting that provides an experience their students cannot get elsewhere. The interns benefit from working with our multi-disciplinary staff, having weekly mentoring sessions with highly experienced members of our team and working with Bloom360 Learners. Each intern is mentored by one of our staff including performance reports and in-person guidance and coaching.

We are encouraged and inspired by the fieldwork students we have worked with so far and are proud to be a part of their college experience and degree programs. We look forward to continuing to expand this program and to seeing the impact these young people will make in the world.
