A seed of an idea takes root in southeastern Wisconsin

Because every child deserves an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive

About. Bloom360 History

Bloom360 Learning Community started as a seed of an idea when Founder, Laura Rauman, realized the unique, customized learning program she and several talented educators and therapists had developed for her daughter Morgan could be expanded to help more neurodivergent individuals learn, grow and thrive.

Laura, an entrepreneur and owner of Vista360 LLC, a compliance and management consulting firm, gathered a team of education and business experts who researched world-wide best practices for educating neurodivergent individuals and soon had the framework for the Bloom360 Learning Community model.

Bloom360 Learning Community provides a refreshing, strengths-based approach to education and equally as important involves the business experts at Vista360 who serve as mentors for Learners who gain organizational and business skills that will serve them for their lifetime.
