A seed of an idea takes root in southeastern Wisconsin

Because every child deserves an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive

About. Bloom360 History

Bloom360 Learning Community began as a seed of an idea when Founder, Laura Rauman, realized the strengths-based, customized homeschool program her daughter Morgan was thriving in could be expanded to a brick-and-mortar school to help more neurodivergent individuals learn, grow and thrive.

Laura, an entrepreneur and owner of Vista360 LLC, a business consulting firm, gathered a team of education and business experts who researched worldwide best practices supporting the growth and learning of neurodivergent individuals. Together they developed the framework for the Bloom360 Learning Community model.

Now, as we celebrate our 10th school year, Bloom360 Learning Community continues to nurture the joy of learning through a developmental, strengths-based approach that nurtures the whole person.

Our connection with the business professionals at Vista360 also creates opportunities for Learners to develop organizational and business skills through mentorship and real-world experiences; skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
