A Seed of an Idea Takes Root — and Learners Thrive!
06.17.2025We celebrate an incredibly special milestone in the Bloom360 Learning Community: Morgan, one of our very first learners — and now, one of our first graduates.
Morgan’s story is deeply rooted in the very foundation of Bloom360. Years ago, when traditional school environments proved to be a poor fit for her, her mom, Laura Rauman, sought a different path. Working alongside a team of compassionate and talented educators and therapists, Laura created a customized homeschool program tailored to Morgan’s unique learning style — one that included joyful music, calming mindfulness practices, hands-on projects, and plenty of space to explore her interests.
That program helped Morgan flourish. And from that experience, a seed of an idea took root: What if this kind of learning environment could be expanded to support other neurodivergent young people, too?
“We proudly celebrate Morgan and the power of a learning community built on love, possibility, and the belief that every learner can flourish when we meet them where they are.”
Laura Rauman (excerpt from graduation remarks)
That vision became Bloom360 Learning Community — a place where all learners are seen, heard, and supported to grow in ways that align with who they truly are.
Morgan was our first learner. And today, we are honored to celebrate her as she receives her high school diploma — a moment filled with pride, gratitude, and love.
Throughout her years at Bloom, Morgan has shown us what’s possible when a learner is empowered to be their authentic self. She’s met challenges with courage and determination, embraced new experiences with creativity and humor, and brought her full heart to the community each and every day. Her Simpsons project even made the news on WTMJ 4— a proud example of what can happen when a learner follows their passion and shares it with the world.
What’s Next for Morgan?
And Morgan’s journey doesn’t stop here! She will continue her path of growth and discovery in our BizPath program, where she’ll dive into hands-on experiences with microbusinesses. Through trying out roles in marketing, inventory, money management, and more, Morgan will build life and job skills while exploring what suits her best.
Celebrating the Whole Village
As we mark this milestone, we also celebrate the many people who have walked alongside Morgan throughout her journey — her incredible learning guides at Bloom360 who have guided her with patience, creativity, and love; her friends who have shared laughs, challenges, and connection; and her devoted family, whose unwavering belief in her potential helped spark this entire movement.
Morgan’s graduation is a powerful reminder that when we meet learners where they are, honor their individuality, and create space for joy and curiosity, amazing things happen.
Morgan — we are beyond proud of you. Thank you for being our inspiration from the very beginning. We can’t wait to see where your heart leads you next.
With love and celebration,
The Bloom360 Learning Community
