Bloom360 Learning Community nurtures whole person development in neurodivergent children and adults and their caregivers through its independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit school and adult learning center in southeastern Wisconsin.

A Trailblazer Then and Now: Morgan Leads the Way in BizPath

When traditional classrooms couldn’t meet Morgan’s unique learning needs, her mom, Laura Rauman, knew there was a better way and set out to create something different.  Teaming up with a group of talented educators and therapists, Laura boldly said “We should start a school!” The seed was planted, and the vision began to materialize. That vision became Bloom360 Learning Community which opened in 2017.

A day school where all learners feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow in their own unique way—with joyful music, hands-on, interest-driven projects, calming mindfulness practices, and a caring, developmental, relationship and strengths-based foundation.

Morgan became one of our very first learners—and this past spring, our second graduate to earn a high school diploma!

From a Seed of an Idea to a Trailblazing Graduate

Over the years, Morgan has shown incredible courage, creativity, and perseverance—from hesitantly tackling new challenges to confidently sharing her Simpsons project on WTMJ 4 News. In June 2025, Morgan graduated and has grown into a young adult who leads with honesty and humor, inspiring others along the way.

Now, Morgan is continuing her trailblazing path in our young adult program, BizPath—a hands-on, real-world project based learning experience where learners explore their strengths and interests while building confidence, purpose, and practical skills through microbusinesses.  We like to say BizPath is turning passions into profits!

“Morgan showed the world what’s possible when someone learns in their own way and leads with their heart.” – Morgan’s mom
