BizPath Program Overview

A Creative, Confidence-Building Next Step After High School
Not every young adult is ready for college.
Not every path fits inside traditional job training.

BizPath is for creative young neurodivergent adults who are ready to have some fun and keep growing — just not in a one-size-fits-all way.
Through Bloom360’s BizPath Program, participants have fun while learning essential skills by creating and running real microbusinesses in a supportive small-group setting. They build confidence, social-emotional skills, friendships, and meaningful work experience — guided by experienced staff in a proven educational environment. Don’t let the idea of a microbusiness scare you away – projects are interest driven with customized support at every step.

Real Businesses. Real Growth.
Participants don’t just practice job tasks — Bloom360 has established partnerships with local businesses that support these efforts. This is not job coaching, this is creating products that local businesses are interested in purchasing or distributing.

Current projects include:
• Cards with Heart – greeting cards designed and developed by Bloom360 neurodivergent children and young adults and sold at local businesses
• Community Café – a culinary program offering monthly community lunches at Bloom360 and baked goods periodically sold at local businesses

Participants rotate through roles such as:
• Product creation and baking
• Marketing, signage, and branding
• Packaging and merchandising
• Sales and customer interaction
• Planning and inventory

Participants reap the rewards of their efforts through fun fieldtrips and community outings – using proceeds from their microbusiness projects. Along the way, they strengthen executive functioning, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills — while discovering their strengths and sense of purpose.
