Welcome, Tina Paschke!

Bloom360 Learning Community is pleased to welcome Tina Paschke as the newest member of its team of Learning Guides. With more than 30 years of experience in education, Tina brings a deep commitment to nurturing learners’ growth, fostering confidence, and celebrating each individual’s unique strengths.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Literacy, along with lifetime Grades 1–9 Teaching and K–12 Reading Specialist licenses. Her career has spanned both classroom teaching and literacy leadership, and her passion for helping students discover the joy of learning has been a hallmark of her work. In 2023, she was honored with the Werbel Award for Teacher of the Year, recognizing her dedication to education and positive impact on her students and community.

As part of Bloom360’s BizPath program for young adults, Tina looks forward to guiding Learners as they explore different roles in microbusinesses and ultimately their next steps toward meaningful work, volunteering, and entrepreneurship.

“I love helping young adults discover their strengths and realize how capable they truly are,” said Paschke. “Seeing their confidence grow as they develop new skills and take on real-world projects is incredibly inspiring.”

Guided by her signature strengths of love, kindness, teamwork, forgiveness, and social intelligence, Tina’s approach to teaching is heart-centered and relationship-driven. She believes that learning is a two-way journey—one where educators grow alongside their students.

Outside the classroom, Tina enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and exploring new places. Her recent adventures include climbing Mount Fuji in Japan, hiking through Utah’s National Parks, and savoring the charm of the Italian countryside.

A favorite quote that inspires her work is: “Be someone’s sunshine when their skies are grey.”
